David Mindham

David Mindham possesses extensive experience in regulatory and market affairs within the renewable energy and transmission sectors. Currently serving as Director of Regulatory & Market Affairs at EDP Renewables North America since June 2019, David has successfully represented the company before various policymakers and stakeholder organizations, developed policy advocacy strategies, and overseen communication efforts with government officials. Prior to this role, David worked at ITC Holdings Corp., where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Regulatory Analyst and advocating for transmission policy. David's educational background includes a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
