Ana Teresa Almeida

Ana Teresa Almeida has been a Business Developer in International Operations at EDP since November 2017, where responsibilities include defining IT system requirements for international operations, identifying new operational setup requirements, and preparing business plans and P&L for new ventures. Previously, as a Business Analyst in Business Transformation & Analytics, Ana managed a key outsourcing contract, defined a new operational model for Europe, and prepared budgets and business plans. Prior experiences include a professional internship that involved commercial KPI monitoring and implementation of the Kaizen methodology, and a curricular internship focused on sales script development. Ana holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade do Minho, completed between 2013 and 2018, and has previous experience as a trainee at Continental.
