Jorge Amaro is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate real estate and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Corporate Real Estate & Geospatial Intelligence at EDP since 2008, Jorge Amaro oversees portfolio management, geographic information systems, and asset valuations, while also managing corporate real estate transactions and innovation projects. Previous roles at EDP include Purchasing and Supply Manager and various leadership positions in purchasing and supply management. Jorge Amaro holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, and has also contributed to professional organizations such as the Portuguese Association for Purchasing and Supply Management, where leadership roles included General Assembly Vice President and Board President.
