Rita Andrade Santos

Rita Andrade Santos is a Compensation Senior Specialist at EDP since October 2021, bringing extensive expertise in human resources and compensation management. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Account Manager at Korn Ferry from October 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities encompassed reward benchmarking analysis, client presentations, and the execution of salary surveys across various industry sectors. Rita also worked as an HR Consultant at Grupo Crit and Talenter™, focusing on recruitment, selection, and client management, achieving recognition as the Best HR Consultant in TW processes in April 2017. Earlier roles included HR Manager at Consilva, Lda, and a trainee position at Câmara Municipal da Lousã. Rita holds an Integrated Master’s Degree in Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra and has pursued advanced studies in psychology at Universitat de Barcelona.
