Abilio Puente is an experienced professional in customer service operations and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of CS Platforms & WFM at eDreams ODIGEO since May 2019. In this role, Abilio oversees call center technical IT platforms enhanced by AI and drives digital transformation to enhance customer interactions. Previously, as a Customer Solutions Manager, Abilio managed the Genesys and chatbot platforms, focusing on automating customer interactions. Abilio's career includes significant leadership roles at RCD as Digital Transformation Manager, CaixaBank Digital Business as Head of Customer Service & Experience for imaginBank, and extensive experience at CaixaBank, Samsung Electronics, BT, Nortel Networks, and ONO. Abilio holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications.
