Ryan Cavanagh has extensive experience in HR systems and process improvement, currently serving as Principal IT Business Partner for SuccessFactors at Edrington since April 2022. Previously, Ryan held several key positions at Hovis Ltd from April 2014 to April 2022, including Head of HR Shared Service & Systems, where responsibilities involved managing the HR Shared Service and Systems team to enhance service delivery and stakeholder relations. Prior roles included HR Process, Projects & Systems Manager and Project Manager for the SuccessFactors Implementation Project, achieving significant project milestones such as the successful transition of Hovis SAP HCM System. Earlier experience includes HR Systems & Process Improvement Manager at Premier Foods, where Ryan designed a Business Support Model that resulted in substantial savings. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a degree in Business & Information Management, specializing in Human Resources.
