Scott White

Scott White is the current CEO of Edsal Manufacturing Company, Inc. Prior to this, they were a Senior Advisor at LG Household & Health Care, Ltd. from February 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they advised Mr. Suk Cha, Chief Executive Officer of LG Household & Health Care, during the integration of New Avon into LG. This included improving New Avon’s business plan, organization structure and operating synergies between the two companies to further improve cash-flow and profitability. Scott also developed and advised LG on further expansion plans across the Americas.

Before their role at LG Household & Health Care, Ltd., Scott White was the CEO of New Avon LLC from April 2016 to January 2019. During this time, they led the carve-out and establishment of New Avon LLC, a newly formed $800 million (USD) company created via the acquisition of Avon’s US, Canada and Caribbean markets by private equity firm, Cerberus Capital Management. Scott transformed the digital and social marketing platform and capabilities of the business, established an innovation capability and product pipeline to improve quality and margins, consolidated distribution centers improving cost and customer service, and negotiated a long-term manufacturing, supply, and innovation agreement with a world-class partner. The management team and organization was re-built leveraging a combination of existing employees and external hires to deliver a highly competitive business platform. Scott then led the management team through the sale of the business to LG - Household & Healthcare.

Scott White has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
