Cara Critchlow

Cara Critchlow has extensive experience in human resources. Cara currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at EDSA, Inc., a role they have been in since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at EDSA from January 2014 to December 2019. Before joining EDSA, Cara worked at Zumba Fitness LLC, where they were the Senior Compensation & Benefits Advisor from June 2012 to January 2014 and the Senior HR Generalist from August 2011 to June 2012. Their career in human resources began at EDSA in February 2002, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist until August 2011.

Cara Critchlow completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Villanova University, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University, from 2001 to 2004.
