Mattias Ringström

Mattias Ringström has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mattias worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Edsbyn since November 2015, where they implemented a range of operational improvements including lean principles, KPIs, and reorganization of production flow. Additionally, they developed new business areas and managed product development. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Specialist at AVL from February 2015 to May 2015. Mattias also worked at Stora Enso as a Production Manager from March 2009 to August 2013. Before that, they held the position of Production Manager at Lenze Drive Systems Shanghai from August 2006 to October 2008 and at Lenze from March 2003 to July 2006. Mattias also worked as a Project Manager at Lenze from October 2001 to February 2003. Earlier in their career, Mattias Ringström worked as an Instructor at MR Diving from July 1993 to May 1997.

Mattias Ringström has a diverse education history. Mattias attended Mälardalen University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from the same university. Additionally, Mattias has obtained certifications in Lean Management from Uppsala University in May 2015 and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from KPMG India in January 2015.
