Mitch Weathers

Mitch Weathers is the CEO and President of Organized Binder, a company founded to assist struggling students in achieving academic success, a role held since 2005. In addition, Mitch serves as an advisor for TeachBoost, a platform aimed at enhancing educator development, and The Odyssey Initiative, which focuses on identifying successful educational practices for a model public school. From 2002 to 2018, Mitch taught at Sequoia High School, where responsibilities included Chair of the Science Department and instructing Biology and Human Biology. Furthermore, Mitch worked as an adjunct professor at Dominican University of California from 2005 to 2008, teaching courses related to education and culture. Mitch holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from California State University-Sacramento, obtained in 1997.
