Blaise Vanden-Heuvel is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Director of IT at EDSI since March 2011, with previous experience as Regional IT Manager. Responsibilities include managing the networking and wireless infrastructure across four locations, overseeing over 300 computers, coordinating two VOIP systems, and maintaining multiple servers and security measures. Blaise also monitors new technologies for compatibility, implements company-wide policies, mentors staff, and provides training to enhance employee technological skills. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Support Specialist at Wagner College from April 2006 to April 2011. Blaise holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wagner College.
