Valerij Liubuskin is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in dynamic positioning and offshore operations. Currently serving as SDPO/DPO for EDT Offshore since March 2012, Valerij Liubuskin specializes in DSV and MPSV vessels, focusing on dive support projects utilizing both saturation and air diving techniques. Previous roles include Second Officer/DPO at Adams Offshore WLL, where Valerij Liubuskin was involved in diving operations with ROV support, and Second Officer/DPO at Subsea 7, contributing to flexi pipe laying and heavy lift operations.
