Jennifer Cotter Otieno

Jennifer Cotter Otieno is a Board Member at Team4Tech, a nonprofit organization focused on bridging the digital equity gap in education. Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Education Design Unlimited, which aims to create impactful learning experiences. Jennifer is also a Co-Founder of EdTech East Africa, a community for EdTech innovators. Jennifer serves as the Kenya Country Co-Lead and EdTech Specialist at EdTech Hub. Additionally, Jennifer is a Steering Committee Member at Jobtech Alliance. With a background in education policy and linguistics, Jennifer has held various leadership roles in education and workforce development organizations.
