Carol Johnson has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Education Specialist at EdTheory since February 2020, with a focus on resource teaching. Previously, Carol worked in various educational roles, including Teacher at West Contra Costa Unified School District and Special Education Teacher at Los Banos Unified School District, where responsibilities included supporting up to 125 students. Carol’s earlier positions included roles as a Career Counselor and Vocational Counselor, alongside instructional and vocational education roles in multiple districts. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Liberty University, a Master's in Special Education from National University, and multiple bachelor's degrees in Vocational Education and related fields from California State University - Sacramento and other institutions.

EdTheory is a California Department of Education certified NPA founded by a trained Physical Therapist and Special Education Recruitment leader with the objective of providing Special Education and Related services to a variety of School and Behavioral Therapy Settings.
