Prior work includes a position as Skills Trainer at Hawaii Behavioral Health, providing one-on-one support to children with intellectual disabilities, and a long-term volunteer role at El Shaddai Charitable Trust. Tasha Foster held leadership positions at Regent University, including Co-Chair/Chair of the International Education & Culture Committee, overseeing event management and team initiatives, and served as a Trainer/Engagement Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regent University, earned in 2019.
