Destiny Williams

Destiny Williams is a seasoned professional in human resources and clinical operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at EDU Healthcare since June 2023. With prior experience as a Clinical Operations Supervisor at Autism 360, Destiny managed clinic staff, oversaw performance management, and ensured compliance with documentation standards. Previous roles also include working as an IMC I Family Medicaid at Lincoln County Government and as a Human Resource Technician, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, employee benefits, and payroll. Destiny's background in healthcare coordination and patient management began at ENT Carolina, alongside early managerial experience at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and customer service at Fatz Southern Kitchen. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Gardner-Webb University, Destiny holds a Bachelor's in Human Services and an Associate's in Paralegal Technology.
