John joined Edu-Tech in 2019 after spending five years as an Apple Enterprise Technical Support Agent. He has supported both educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies. In his time with Apple, John was responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to MDM management of Apple devices, Apple Business / School Manager, and third-party MDMs such as JAMF, Cisco Meraki, VM Ware AirWatch, IBM Maas 360, Microsoft Intune, Simple MDM. He has extensive experience troubleshooting Apple Remote Desktop issues, iPhone, iPad, and Mac software and hardware-related technical issues including processing warranty and physical damage repairs.
