EduBridge Academy is a Career Advisory, Training & Support Academy helping undergraduates, graduates & working professionals learn the skills employers demand across several fields. The Academy provide solutions to the identified skill gap between the world of work and the Nigerian university system. The Academy solves the urgent recruitment need of employers in Nigeria for trained, ready-to-work entry level talent. EduBridge Academy runs employability intervention programmes to integrate graduates (and undergraduates) into jobs by teaching them the requisite technical and soft skills needed to obtain jobs. These trained candidates are then offered to employers directly or through the EduBridge Academy job outsourcing platform. Unlike its competitors, the Academy provides technical skill training in the narrow industry segments that graduates can find work.
