Tracey O'Neill

Tracey O'Neill is currently the Head of Human Resources at Educ8 Training Group, a company recognized as one of the top Welsh employers as noted in the 2019 Sunday Times best small companies list. With extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Health & Safety, and Learning & Development, Tracey plays a pivotal role in promoting the organization's vision and values. Tracey is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 degree in Strategic Human Resources at Cardiff & Vale College, further enhancing their expertise in the field. Prior to this position, Tracey was the Head of Business Improvement at Educ8 Ltd, where they contributed to various business initiatives from 2009 to the present.
