We were established in 2004 by Group Chairman Colin Tucker. We have emerged as Wales’ leading training provider and fastest growing provider of Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning qualifications in a range of sectors.

Now employing nearly 200 staff, and run by CEO Grant Santos, we have a strong values-first approach. We deliver quality education to our learners and employers.

Our award winning, in-house training team covers the whole of Wales. Our blended learning approach means our qualifications are flexible and vivid resilient.

Located in Caerphilly, we are committed to improving the lives and skills of the people and businesses in our communities. We are passionate about helping people achieve what they never thought possible. We strive to make South Wales a better place to live and do business.

Our people mean everything to us.

Without our motivated and caring workforce, the company would not achieve the accolades it does. Voted the best mid-sized company to work for in the UK and best training and education provider to work for in 2021.

We continue to develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with like-minded people and organisations.
