Kristy Brooks

Kristy Brooks currently serves as the Head of Initial Teacher Training at Educate Group, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kristy was a Fellow and Tutor at Ambition Institute from July 2018 to May 2021. Between September 2017 and August 2018, Kristy worked as an Assistant Principal at Ark St Albans Academy in Birmingham. Kristy also spent eight years at St Albans Academy as a Teacher of Science and Lead Practitioner, from September 2010 to August 2018. Kristy Brooks holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Research Methods from the University of Liverpool, as well as additional studies at the University of Warwick from 2010 to 2012.
