Kimberly Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1993. From 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Masters degree in Education at Aurora University. In 2017, they obtained a certification in WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) from the Women's Business Development Center.
