Mike Schmidt

Mike Schmidt has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and consulting. Mike founded Educated Solutions Corp in 1998 and served as the Director of Business Operations/Recruiter/Consultant/Owner. In 2009, they joined Ministry Health Care as the System Director of Recruitment, where they revitalized the recruitment function for a healthcare organization with 12,000+ employees across multiple locations. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at CDW, focusing on restructuring the recruitment function and implementing best practices. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hewitt Associates, Thomson Reuters, and Firstar Bank, where they managed recruitment efforts and developed strong relationships between HR and business divisions. Mike began their career at Aerotek as a National Account Manager/Contracts Manager/Recruiter.

Mike Schmidt attended Thomas More High School from 1985 to 1989 and earned their High School Diploma. Mike then went on to University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications and English. Later, from 1997 to 2004, Mike attended Marquette University and completed their Masters of Science in Human Resources (MSHR) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
