Joseph Sego has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Joseph started their career in 2002 as the Director of Enrollment Management at the University of Maryland University College. During their time there, they led a team that achieved significant growth, enrolling 10,000 new students for the Fall Semester, which was a 33% increase. Joseph also had oversight of 53 employees and a multi-million dollar budget. In 2007, Joseph became the Director of Admissions for TESST College in Towson, MD, which is owned by Kaplan Higher Education. After a year in this role, they joined Education Affiliates in 2008 as the Director of Call Center Services. In this position, they managed a team of 135 employees, including 8 managers, responsible for servicing leads to 53 schools nationwide. Joseph was later promoted to National Director of Call Center Services.
Joseph Sego earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1998. Joseph later obtained a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from Trinity Washington University, graduating in 2003.
