Karen Ferguson

Karen Ferguson, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Education Affiliates since November 2022 and co-founded the Education Assessment System in October 2020. In addition, Karen is actively involved as a Volunteer Peer Mentor Corps member for the Higher Learning Commission since October 2019. Previous roles include Interim President and Provost at Salem University, Provost and Vice President of Strategic Development at Colorado State University-Global Campus, and various academic positions at Sullivan University, Northcentral University, and American Public University System. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Organization Development from the University of Louisville, alongside executive education from prestigious institutions such as The Wharton School, INSEAD, and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
