Stephanie Romano

Stephanie Romano has a diverse work experience, with a focus on education and instructional design. Stephanie is currently serving as the National Director of Hybrid Education at Education Affiliates starting from July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Southern California - Bovard College as the Director of Curricular Projects from March 2019 to July 2022. Stephanie also worked as a Project Manager and Lead Instructional Designer at USC on a consultancy basis from May 2018 to February 2019. Stephanie has extensive experience at Education Affiliates, where they held roles such as Director/National Dean of Hybrid and Blended Learning from November 2012 to April 2018, and Vice President of Online Education from November 2010 to October 2012. Stephanie has also held positions at Heald College, Regis Learning Solutions, Alta Colleges, and DigitalMed, gaining valuable experience in curriculum development and instructional systems design.

Stephanie Romano holds a master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021.
