Drew McDermott

Drew McDermott is a seasoned professional in the fields of analytics and education, currently serving as the Manager of Analytic Programs at Education Analytics since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst in Reporting & Analytics at Equal Opportunity Schools, where Drew developed metrics, designed analytic infrastructure for a large school portfolio, and mentored team members. Earlier positions include a Data Analysis and Policy Graduate Fellow at Education Analytics, a Research Assistant at MDRC focusing on young adults and postsecondary education, and various roles involving community development and outreach. Drew holds a Master of Public Affairs in Education from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
