Harry Koutsolioutsos

Harry K. is an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager currently working at Education Cannot Wait (ECW) since January 2023, alongside holding the position of Chief a.i. Strategy, Planning & Accountability. Prior to this, from November 2012 to December 2022, Harry K. served as an Audit Specialist at UNDP, focusing on compliance and performance audits as well as governance and risk management. Earlier experience includes a Manager/Senior Manager role at Deloitte from September 2005 to November 2012, managing internal audit and enterprise risk services for diverse clients, and serving as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, delivering third-party risk management solutions. Harry K. began a career as a Research Assistant at the University of Birmingham in 2004. Educational qualifications include an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick and a BA in Economics & Politics from the University of York.
