Maurits Spoelder

Maurits Spoelder is an experienced professional in monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as Monitoring Manager and previously as Monitoring, Evaluation & Global Reporting Specialist for Education Cannot Wait (ECW) since July 2019, focusing on education interventions in conflict-affected countries. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director for MDF Training & Consultancy in Eastern and Southern Africa, where leadership of a diverse team and client relations were crucial. Maurits has a strong background in project management and capacity building, complemented by roles in various organizations such as International Student Development Projects and Sport in Action. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education & International Development from IOE - UCL and Bachelor degrees in Educational Sciences and Physical Education Teacher Training.
