Scott Dickson has extensive experience in academic leadership roles. Scott served as the Chief Academic Officer at Education Centre of Australia, where they were responsible for overseeing academic processes, policy, and operational matters. In this role, they also reviewed and recommended academic operations related to ECA partnerships. Previously, they held the position of President and Principal Executive Officer at Asia Pacific International College and served as the Dean Academic at Navitas Professional Institute.

Scott Dickson earned a Bachelor of Education (Physical and Health Education) degree from the University of Wollongong in 1987. Scott went on to pursue a Master of Education (MEd) degree from the same institution, completing it in 1991. Later, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education from the University of New England (AU) in 2001.
