Nicole Gibson

Nicole Goff, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at the Education Commission of the States since August 2019, following roles as a Senior HR Administrator and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to their HR career, Nicole gained valuable experience in education as a 3rd Grade Teacher at All Souls Catholic Church & School and a 2nd Grade Teacher at American Academy. Additional educational experience includes a position as a 1st Grade Student Teacher at Lincoln Elementary School. Nicole's early career involved an internship at the University of Denver and a role as a New Member Educator for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the same institution.
