Chelsey Goddard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and substance abuse prevention. Since 1997, Chelsey has held various leadership positions at the Education Development Center (EDC), currently serving as Senior Technical Advisor for Prevention Solutions@EDC and Vice President of Health Promotion, Practice, and Innovation Portfolio. Notable contributions include co-founding EDC's Opioid Working Group and spearheading initiatives such as the Caregiver Navigator mobile app and the national substance abuse prevention training and technical assistance (T/TA) center. Chelsey has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a BA in Spanish from Wesleyan University, alongside certifications in Climate Change and Health from Yale University and leadership training from Boston Children's Hospital.
