Cindy Taylor

Cindy Taylor serves as the Senior Vice President of the U.S. Division at the Education Development Center since August 2017. Prior to this role, Cindy Taylor was employed at Abt Associates from 1998 to July 2017, where positions included Practice Lead/Vice President and Senior Associate--Associate Division Manager. Cindy Taylor holds a PhD in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University and a BA in Psychology from Denison University.
