Helen Boyle

Helen N Boyle currently serves as the Vice President and Director of Program Strategy at the Education Development Center (EDC) since January 2019. Prior to this role, Helen was an Associate Professor at Florida State University from August 2013 to January 2019 and held various positions at EDC from March 1999 to July 2013, including Senior Literacy Advisor and Center Director for Middle East and North Africa Programs. Helen earned a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and two Ed.M. degrees in International and Comparative Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Additionally, Helen's undergraduate studies were completed at Boston College from 1982 to 1986.
