Marisa oversees our safeguarding arrangements and works closely with a global team of Designated Safeguarding Leads to ensure not only compliance with international and UK statutory safeguarding requirements, but also to develop a truly vigilant safeguarding culture throughout the organisation. With over thirty years’ experience as a safeguarding officer in both the UK and Canadian education sectors, and experience of teaching in Asia, Marisa’s combined experience and safeguarding knowledge ensures that we apply a truly holistic approach to our safeguarding commitments, globally. Marisa is committed to securely embedding safeguarding throughout all that we do, recognising that it is inherent in our work and a primary commitment to our beneficiaries whom we are privileged to serve through the course of our diverse work.
