Andrea Goetchius

Andrea Goetchius is an experienced education professional with a robust background in strategic management and teacher development. Currently serving as a Partner and previously as an Associate Partner at Education Elements, Andrea focuses on managing education services at various levels. Prior experience includes roles at Teach For America as a Senior Design Principal and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development, where Andrea oversaw teacher performance, facilitated professional development, and influenced teacher development program vision. Andrea began a career in education as a Special Education Teacher at Glendale Elementary School District, where responsibilities included preparing Individualized Education Plans and training student teachers. Andrea holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
