Nick Esposito has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are working at Education Elements as a Senior Design Principal (Consultant), where they design and leads professional learning experiences for teachers, coaches, principals, and district leaders. In addition, they are a Senior Consultant at Scholarus Learning, contributing their expertise to the organization. Nick is also an accomplished author, writing the book series "The Good Guys Agency" for Bushel and Peck Books, which follows young individuals who seek to make a positive impact by emulating influential historical figures. Prior to this, Nick served as an Author and Illustrator for "The Elephant in the Classroom." Nick also has teaching experience, having worked as a Teacher at Ancillae Assumpta Academy and Baltimore School for the Arts. Furthermore, Nick has demonstrated leadership skills as the Executive Director of The Service League. Earlier in their career, they were an Education Program Assistant at WHYY, where they created curriculum to enhance the learning experience of families after watching PBS programming.

Nick Esposito earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Villanova University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Nick then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Urban Education and Leadership at The Johns Hopkins University from 2011 to 2013. Later, they obtained another Master's Degree in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, where they attended between 2015 and 2016.
