Wesley Noyes

Wesley Noyes is an experienced consultant currently at Education Elements, specializing in guiding K-12 school districts through curriculum implementation and leadership capacity building, with a focus on developing strong relationships with educational leaders. Previously, Wesley served as a Senior Student Success Advisor at 2U, where efforts included improving student onboarding processes and launching a partnership for over 40 programs. With a background in education roles such as STEM/ELD Department Chair at KIPP Colorado Schools and Lead Teacher at EAGLE Harmony College Prep, Wesley has consistently achieved high student success rates and positive feedback. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in International and Intercultural Communication from James Madison University.
