Carrie Hulsey

Carrie Hulsey has a strong background in the credit union industry, with significant experience in branch operations and management. Carrie began their career at Texas Bay Area CU in 1998 as a Branch Manager and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Carrie served as an Assistant VP of Branches at Texas Bay Credit Union. In 2019, they joined Education First FCU as a Branch Manager and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations in July 2020. Carrie's expertise lies in overseeing branch operations and managing teams effectively.

Carrie Hulsey completed their education at LeTourneau University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Carrie completed their studies in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
