Pamela Briskman

Pamela Briskman has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Pamela has held various roles in the education sector, including as Vice President of Education at Galileo Learning, Director of Curriculum at Galileo Learning, and Co-Founder and Design Team member at Education for Change Public Schools and Urban Montessori Charter School. Pamela also has experience in the gaming industry as Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer at Brainquake and Executive Editor at Gazillion Entertainment. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Interactive Designer at LeapFrog. Pamela has also served as a Curriculum Specialist/Designer at WestEd and the Institute for Research on Learning. Pamela's teaching experience includes roles as a Math Teacher, Director of Upper School, and Math Department Head at The American School of Antananarivo and Teach For America/Bret Harte Junior High School.

Pamela Briskman began their education journey in 1987 at Stanford University, where they pursued a double major in Product Design Engineering and Studio Art-Design. Pamela completed their Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, Pamela joined Teach for America in 1993. Pamela obtained a CA Clear Credential in Secondary Mathematics from this program, completing their education in 1996.
