Senior Director - Programs And Business Development at Education For Employment - Global (EFE-Global)

Sarah Little has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Sarah started their career as a Food Service Attendant at The Henry Ford in 2004. Later, in 2006, they worked as a Peer Adviser at the Michigan State University Office of Study Abroad. In 2008, they interned at Secours Populaire Français Fédération de Paris, a humanitarian non-profit organization. Sarah joined SOS Children's Villages as a Direct Dialogue/Marketing Intern in 2009, where they researched and wrote press releases and reports. Additionally, they updated and managed the constituent database and assisted with mass mailings. Also in 2009, Sarah began working at Education For Employment - Global (EFE-Global), where they held multiple roles. Sarah started as a Program Associate and provided program management and administrative assistance to affiliate organizations. Sarah then became a Program and Grants Manager, providing high-level technical assistance and strategic guidance to affiliate organizations in Egypt and Jordan. Finally, they held the position of Senior Program & Grants Manager at EFE-Global, where they provided leadership and support to local affiliate organizations in Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia, and Yemen. In this role, they played a crucial part in building sustainable organizations, securing funding, and managing programs. Currently, Sarah is the Director of Programs and Business Development at EFE-Global, where they oversee workforce development and entrepreneurship programs and leads business development efforts. Sarah manages a team and is responsible for program design, strategy, technical assistance, and client management.

Sarah Little attended Georgetown University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Foreign Service. Prior to that, they attended Michigan State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations.
