Our locally-run operations in Egypt, Algeria, Jordan, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and Yemen, with support hubs from our hubs in the USA, Europe, and the UAE, have connected over 170,000 youth to the world of work. Over 59% of EFE’s graduates are young women, reflecting EFE’s special focus on supporting women’s entry into the workforce.

The Training and Development team at EFE-Global is dedicated to equipping youth with essential skills and knowledge needed for successful employment. This team designs and delivers comprehensive training programs, including soft skills and job readiness workshops, tailored to meet the needs of both participants and potential employers. Their efforts aim to enhance the employability of graduates while ensuring a seamless transition into the workforce, ultimately contributing to the economic empowerment of young people, especially women, across the region.
