Orlando Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Orlando started their career in the US Navy as a Communications Specialist where they installed and maintained Local Area Networks. After serving in the Navy for 2 decades, they joined KTC Consulting as a Network Administrator, responsible for managing file server systems and establishing an Internet Gateway. Orlando then moved on to CTI Resource Management Services, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Logistics Support Specialist and Training Specialist. In these positions, they provided training for program teams, formulated training programs and schedules, and developed educational materials. Most recently, Orlando worked at Education Networks of America as a Customer Support Analyst, where they proactively monitored the performance of network devices and ticketed events as necessary.

Orlando Sanders pursued their education from 2009 to 2013 at the University of Phoenix, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Information Systems Security. Their field of study at the university was focused on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Additionally, in April 2019, Orlando obtained the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) certification from CompTIA.
