Rand Vincent

Rand Vincent is an experienced professional in client services and lead development, currently serving as the Manager of Lead Development and Manager of Client Services at ENA since January 2018. Prior to ENA, Rand held various roles, including Manager of Client Services and Senior Service Coordinator at TeleQuality Communications from November 2013 to December 2019. Rand's career began with internships at Aflac and Aerotek, where skills in database management, event planning, and candidate recruitment were developed. Rand also served as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at One West Bank, focusing on loan modifications. Rand holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completed in 2013.
