Shatoria Evans has a diverse range of work experience. Shatoria began their career in 2013 at The Home Depot, where they served as a Head Cashier and showcased their skills in sales, product knowledge, and time management. In 2015, they moved on to Advance Financial as a Customer Service Representative, where they assisted customers with various financial transactions and achieved monthly goals. In 2018, Evans joined SmileDirectClub as a Chargeback Operations Analyst, where they researched and resolved consumer disputes on credit card and retail financing platforms. Shatoria also collaborated with the Payment infrastructure team to improve chargeback presentment rates. In 2019, they became a Jewelry Consultant at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, demonstrating their expertise in the jewelry industry. Currently, Evans works as a Revenue Analyst at ENA, where they analyze customer invoices, researches invoice discrepancies, and conducts routine accounting reconciliations.

Shatoria Evans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2013 to 2017.
