Terry Attwater is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as the Executive Director of IT at Education Partnership North East since May 2019, following roles as Interim Director of IT and Head of IT. Prior to this position, Terry worked as an IT Application Support Consultant at Business Data Partners in early 2019, and spent over two decades at Traidcraft, holding various titles including Head of Technology and IT Security Manager. Earlier career experience includes being an IT Manager and Database Developer at Washington Direct Mail from 1995 to 1997. Terry holds a BA in Business Computing from the University of Sunderland and has obtained several qualifications in Computer Studies from institutions such as Oasis School of Human Relations, New College Durham, and the University of Sunderland.

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is a dynamic partnership between Sunderland College, Hartlepool Sixth Form and Northumberland College. We are the largest regional college group situated entirely in the North East of England. Our 6 main college campuses are situated in Ashington, Ponteland, Sunderland, Washington and Hartlepool. As well as two sixth forms and two centres for special educational needs and disability, we also have a land based college specialising in animal, veterinary, agriculture. horticulture and rural skills.
