Dion B.

Dion B. has worked at Education Perfect since 2021. They started as an Associate Software Engineer in July 2021 and later became a Software Engineer in December 2022. In their role as a Software Engineer Intern at Education Perfect, they developed and added to an existing suite of automated end-to-end tests using Cypress, worked with Postgres and SQL, and gained experience in C#. Prior to Education Perfect, Dion worked at Southern Hospitality Ltd from 2018 to 2020 as a Junior Developer. In this role, they assisted a senior developer in maintaining a large PHP codebase, developed new features within Magento, and participated in writing and running manual tests for Magento and Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics AX integration.

Dion B. completed a Certificate in Information Technology Essentials in 2018 at Otago Polytechnic. They then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Information Technology focusing on Computer Software Engineering at the same institution, from 2018 to 2021.
