Dominique Hardin

Dominique Hardin, M.A.T., serves as an Impact Fellow at Education Pioneers since October 2024. Previously, Dominique worked as an African American History Teacher at Compass Community Schools from May 2023 to October 2024, and as a US/African-American History and ELA Teacher at Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools from July 2020 to May 2023. Early career experience includes teaching LA State History and U.S. History at KIPP New Orleans from July 2018 to June 2020 and serving as an Academic Tutor at Great Oaks Charter Schools from August 2017 to June 2018. Additionally, Dominique held various roles outside of education, such as a Starbucks Barista and a Customer Service Representative at MedXM. Dominique holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, completed in 2020.
