Scott Morgan is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with a substantial background in education and talent development. As the founder of Juniper Exec, Scott Morgan focuses on enabling purpose-driven leaders to enhance their impact through executive coaching and fractional talent leadership. Additionally, as the founding CEO of Education Pioneers, Scott Morgan has dedicated over two decades to transforming education by recruiting and training diverse leaders for non-instructional roles in urban centers. Previous roles include leading talent at Springboard, where Scott Morgan contributed to bridging the skills gap through online education, and serving as the founding talent leader at Wonderschool, an edtech company aiming to revolutionize early childhood education. Scott Morgan’s early career includes positions as legal counsel for Aspire Public Schools and teaching high school social studies through the University of Notre Dame’s ACE Program. Scott Morgan holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Portland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Notre Dame.
