Jennifer Hove

Jennifer Hove, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various research and data-related roles. Jennifer started their career in 2011 as the Director of Research at Vote Compass, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they also served as a Senior Research Analyst at Vox Pop Labs from 2013 to 2016. In 2013, Jennifer also worked as a Research & Evaluation Consultant at the Asian Development Bank for a year. Jennifer then joined Public Square Research as a Senior Associate, Research from 2015 to 2016, before transitioning to the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Growth as a Senior Project Lead in 2016. Since 2017, Jennifer has been working at the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO), taking on the roles of Manager, Data Management, Psychometrics & Analysis from 2017 to 2019, and currently as the Director, Data and Reporting.

Jennifer Hove, PhD, began their education at The University of British Columbia from 1995 to 1999, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs. Jennifer then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy at Simon Fraser University from 2005 to 2007. Jennifer furthered their education at the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2015, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science and Government.
